All students will be involved in a Careers Day with workshops to improve interview skills and communication skills. There will also be a Careers Fair with 20+ representatives from the world of work. Each student will have an individual formal interview, based on their earlier provided interview personal statement. Crucially, each student will have personalised feedback. Other workshops will include Interview Techniques and Personality Testing.
