An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful, happy and forward-thinking school as a Learning Support Assistant in our SEND department.
You will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of the school’s SENCO and other teaching/senior staff in order to provide support in addressing the needs of students who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning. You will be required to support students with identified needs within classes, small groups and individual study. You will be working with a wide range of students with varying SEND needs who are academically able.
The successful candidate will be a team player with experience of working as a LSA/TA within upper Key Stage 2 or in a secondary school. The role is diverse and requires a flexible approach to support the students and promote their welfare, including providing general administrative support for the department.
The main campus for TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells. However, you may be required to work at other campuses connected to TWGSB.
