Refer to this page for the procedure for collecting results on Results Days, and for requesting reviews of marking. Summer 2025 results are published as follows:

GCSEs: 21st August 2025

A Level Results Day – Thursday 14th August 2025

Once you have your results, click HERE for a TWGSB presentation on next steps (also available below to download) and the options/help available. Students intending to go to university can click HERE for a UCAS link on Clearing.

Post-Exam Results Services: If you have any queries about your A Level grades once you have your results, please contact the relevant Head of Department by email in the first instance and they will be able to advise you as to the best course of action.

Heads of Department will be looking at the grade boundaries to determine whether a review of marking could be considered – it is usually the case that students should be within three marks of the overall grade. Please bear in mind that a grade can also go down on a review of marking

There are various options available to A Level students for Post-Exam Results Services – click HERE for full details.

GCSE Results Day – Thursday 21st August 2025

Please avoid calling the school as we will only deal with queries via email on, and immediately following, Results Day.

External students

  1. External students who applied to TWGSB earlier this year through Applicaa, should log back into their Applicaa account to submit their GCSE results.
  2. Our internal students have priority for a place in our Sixth Form. Once these placements have been completed we follow Kent County Council oversubscription criteria and may be in a position to confirm your place, by either phone or email.
  3. Anyone student who has not previously applied to our Sixth Form can make a late application and will be added to our waiting list. Please open Applicaa and click on 'Start New Application'. If we are able to offer you a place we will be in touch but this make take a few days while we prioritise existing applicants.

If you have any queries regarding admission to TWGSB6 please email us at thegrammarschool@twgsboys.kent.sch.uk
