TWGSB is seeking to appoint a Development Manager!

 

Purpose of the role

This diverse role will encompass the three core functions of Marketing, Fundraising and Alumni to cultivate a coherent and dynamic school development strategy, serving a breadth of internal and external stakeholders. You will be a passionate, resourceful and creative individual, who is an efficient administrator and strong communicator, with an appreciation of the transformational impact of education. You will be responsible for the alumni relations, development, marketing and fundraising activities of the school. You will have the opportunity to have a hand in developing new, positive experiences and outcomes for our students, and propel the school forward to an exciting and bright future.

The role requires excellent relationship-building and communication skills, as well as creative marketing abilities and the entrepreneurial instincts to ensure Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys continues to thrive. Strong influencing skills, combined with charisma to act as a compelling ambassador for the school, are crucial.


Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is an expanding and rapidly improving selective grammar schoolIt is undergoing a period of transformational change benefiting from a multi-million pound investment in Tunbridge Wells and a brand new building at our Sevenoaks campus, which opened in September 2021.
